My work during my e-Fellowship:

I am keen to explore the process of learning/ako with both students and teachers with regards to:
·autonomous learning
·identification of purpose and audience
·choice about working individually or collaboratively
·regular reflection about the process
·Mentoring by experts (face to face and/or digitally)
·TED talk type of presentations

My Current Educational and e-Learning Interests:

Daniel Pink asks us to find what drives us and Sir Ken Robinson asks us to inspire creativity in students.

As a school leader I am exploring change and the power of self directed learning/inquiry for teachers and the students.

My question then is “What drives our students and teachers and inspires them?” I would like to explore and apply the concept of 20% Google Time with specific reference to the flipped classroom and blended learning programmes. But also, what this could look like for the staff with regards to self directed learning during our schoolwide PD time (weekly staff meetings).
